The Business Identity Plan (BIP) is for the individual professional or business person who needs a private office or meeting place periodically, availability of phone answering and voice mail, and a business address as well as other amenities. This is sometimes called a Corporate Identity Plan or Virtual Office.

The monthly fee includes:

• Two full days per month of a private office or conference room usage (more days available at a discounted price)
• Personalized telephone answering 8:30 to 5:00 on weekdays (holidays excepted)
• Voice mail
• Access to building services such as fax, photocopies and secretarial
• Use of Farnsworth Offices address on business cards and stationery
• Holding of incoming mail
• Company name on Building Directory
• Listing on Farnsworth Offices' web site Tenant Directory
• Free Notary services
• Free and ample parking
• Professional image

All other support services, including conference rooms and day offices, are available on an as needed basis.
